Optimize: Resolved an issue with definitions where the table boundry existed but no rows were defined. (TFS-30962)
Transfer: Resolved an issue in which PDF-A files were not created if specified in Transfer only while they were created if specified in Interpret. (TFS-30746, 02170985)
PMService: Resolved an issue in which it was not possible to run services with French language settings in INVOICES.
