A WEBINAR IN ENGLISH: LEARN ABOUT THE BASIC FUNCTIONALITY USING READSOFT INVOICES

Wednesday 14 April we held a 1 hour webinar for our international customers, with focus on the structure and fundamental functionality in the OCR-solution ReadSoft Invoices.

The highlights was:

• Introduction to ReadSoft Invoices structure and modules

• Presentation of key concept:

• Profile - focus on language and searchword

• Invoice definition – focus on status and value indicators

• Faster verification and approval

• Handling of difficult invoices

The webinar was number 5 since the start early 2020. In 2021 ENCOMA have planned two more webinars one in May and one in September.

Webinar No. 6 is planned on May 19 at 9.00 and 15.00 - first in Danish and afterwards in English. Focus this time is on the difficult constructured invoices that needs to be optimized.
