Resolved an issue where performance was slow when processing from an input folder that contained a large number of emails. (00268985, TFS-16262)
A new flag, GetMailsMode, has been added to the settings in the [General] section of COLLECTOR.ini. It controls how COLLECTOR retrieves email from the mail server. When set to 1, COLLECTOR does not look for the oldest email but gets the first one returned by the server instead.
